Terms of sale

They apply to pro plans, partner placements, experiences and the shop.
In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Seller
Pixeeplay, Paris, France, arnaud@gredai.com. Prices in euros, all taxes included.
2. Pro plans and placements
Plans (monthly or yearly) and boosts are prepaid via Stripe and activated immediately. A subscription can be cancelled anytime from the pro space; it stays active until the end of the paid period, without pro-rata refund. A partner placement is reserved for the stated period; visuals must comply with the law and our charter (no discriminatory content), otherwise the campaign is removed without refund.
3. Experiences
Experiences are run by independent partners; Paris LGBT acts as intermediary and collects the price on their behalf. “On request” bookings: nothing is charged before written confirmation. Free cancellation up to 48 h before start; after that the amount is due except force majeure. If the partner cancels, full refund within 14 days.
4. Shop
Items are made to order by Printful. Shipping within 3–6 business days (Europe); flags and pin buttons ship from the USA (10–15 days), customs duties outside the EU are borne by the buyer. Shipping: €4.90 in France, €9.90 elsewhere, free from €60 (except US-shipped items).
5. Right of withdrawal
14 days from receipt for non-personalised shop items; print-on-demand items are made to the consumer’s specifications and are not taken back, except for defects. Services (plans, placements, experiences) start at order with express waiver of the withdrawal right.
6. Defects and claims
Damaged or wrong item: photo within 7 days to arnaud@gredai.com, reprint or refund. Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and hidden defects apply.
7. Stays
Stay quotes are non-binding. A package travel sale is only concluded after acceptance of a specific contract compliant with the French tourism code, with pre-contractual information, insurance and the financial guarantee of the registered operator.
8. Disputes
French law. Consumer mediation or the EU platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; otherwise the competent courts of Paris.
