What we collect

Browsing: pages viewed, device, language, territory (Paris / France) — no advertising cookie, audience measured without third-party trackers.

Forms: contact, venue submission, travel quote, experience booking, shop order, newsletter — name, email, phone if provided, message, shipping address for the shop, dates and travellers for the agency.

Pro space: email, hashed password, venue listing, purchases (Stripe holds card data; we never see it).

App: location, if allowed, stays on the device; “My trip” is composed on-device by Apple Intelligence when available.

Why

To provide the requested service (reply, book, ship), secure the site, measure audience, send the newsletter if you subscribed (double opt-in), comply with legal obligations (invoicing).

How long

Contact messages: 12 months. Quotes and bookings: 3 years after the service. Orders: 10 years (accounting). Pro account: while active, then 3 years. Newsletter: until unsubscribe. Technical logs: 12 months.

With whom

Contracted processors: hosting (OVHcloud), payment (Stripe), production and shipping (Printful), email (Resend), internal notifications (Telegram), AI assistance (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI — never your account data, only the content strictly needed to answer). No data is sold or passed to advertisers.

Sensitive data

Using this guide may reveal a sexual orientation or gender identity. We do not infer, store or share this information; we never display your name on the site without your explicit request (testimonies, forum) and you can erase everything with one email.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction: write to arnaud@gredai.com, answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

One session cookie for the pro space, one cookie for language and territory. No advertising or third-party tracking cookie.
