Wonderful third place
The former Censier campus of the Université Sorbonne-Nouvelle is becoming Césure for four years: a third place led by Plateau Urbain in partnership with Yes We Camp, the Association Aurore, Emmaüs Campüs and ESSpace, focused on the sharing of knowledge and skills, while awaiting its rehabilitation by EPAURIF.
From summer 2022, this 25,000m2 site welcomes 200 resident organisations and 2,000 students every day, making it an experimental space for inventing new ways of learning from one another.
Since May 2023, Césure has opened its doors to the general public with a cultural and festive programme, featuring a Cantine, an Emmaüs Campüs shop, a Grand Plateau of 1,000m2, two lecture theatres, an outdoor refreshment area and many other spaces to discover!
