Nonprofit working towards the inclusion of LGBT+ people in the workplace. Founded in 1997, the nonprofit recognised as being of general interest now brings together more than 400 members across 13 local branches throughout France. L'Autre Cercle's mission is to support those responsible for diversity and inclusion management in the professional world. L'Autre Cercle monitors the situation of LGBT+ people in the workplace and promotes its actions and values in order to shift attitudes.
