L'Autre Cercle, founded around fifteen years ago, is a nonprofit bringing together more than 500 members spread across various regional branches and a national federation. Its primary objective is combating discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in the workplace. The federation is made up of various working groups, including the observatory, the international group, the legal group, the double discrimination group, and finally the training group, which trains young members, should they wish, and supports companies in combating discrimination at work.
