The Hauts de France delegation covers the departments of Nord, Pas-de-Calais, Somme, Oise and Aisne. It currently has 2 relay flats able to accommodate 9 young people, as well as a daytime welcome centre. This space gives young people access to computers and a telephone for their job searches, for example. Various drop-in sessions and one-off activities are also on offer (sport, current affairs, artistic creation, exhibitions, etc.). Job-search workshops and workshops linked to developing independence (first aid basics, cooking workshops, etc.) are run on a regular basis. These social occasions allow young people to meet volunteers and talk amongst themselves in an informal setting. Each young person benefits from socio-educational support and psychological follow-up. A monthly meeting with the educational team allows them to take stock of how their project is progressing. The delegation has established numerous partnerships with the CHRU de Lille and the Institut Pasteur for monitoring young people's health. This year, we are looking to develop our visibility across the 3 southern departments of the region.
